The Boya BY-BM3011 is a cardioid condenser directional microphone, which is suitable for general sound recording, for example on location. The BY-BM3011 is compatible with DSLR cameras, camcorders, audio recorders, tablets and smartphones. For reliable sound, this directional microphone is equipped with a built-in shock absorber. You attach the directional microphone to your camera using the 1/4" female threaded connection or coldshoe. With the supplied 3.5 mm cables you can connect your camera or smartphone to the microphone. The BY-BM3011 can be switched on with the on/off button, after which the microphone is immediately ready for use. With the indicator light you can see if the microphone is switched on. The BY-BM3011 is powered by the camera or smartphone, so you don't need to insert batteries. Usage BY-BM3011
The BY-BM3011 records calls, meetings, presentations and performances in high quality. The BY-BM3011 is universally applicable, for use with smartphones and cameras. If your smartphone does not have a 3.5 mm port, you can use an adapter (USB-c to 3.5 mm female or lightning to 3.5 mm female). For an iPhone or iPad we have a direct cable from Lightning to 3.5 mm male available. This can be found with the optional accessories.
